    3/4 pound of cream cheese
    1/4 pound of sweet butter
    1/2 cup of sour cream
    1/2 cup of sugar
    1 cup of chopped almonds
    1/2 cup of mixed diced candied peels
    1 1/2 cup of raisins (optional)
    1 envelope of unflavored gelatin
    1/4 cup of cold water

    Mash the cream cheese. Beat in butter, sour cream and sugar. Beat until well blended and creamy. Add almonds, candied peels and raisins. Soften gelatin in cold water. Dissolve over hot water. Add to cream cheese mixture and mix well. Turn into oiled 4 cup mold. Chill. When ready to serve, turn out on a serving plate. Decorate with glace or candied cherries arranged in the form of a cross.
