    6 oz. salmon
    1 oz. white wine
    1 oz. heavy cream
    2 oz. tarragon dream cheese
    To taste parsley
    To taste tomato
    To taste white sauce

    Recipe



    Bake 6 oz. salmon steak for 20 minutes in saute pan on high heat, add 1 oz. white wine, let dissolve, add 1 oz. heavy cream, add 2 oz. tarragon cream cheese, add parsley, add tomato, let melt. Add salmon and let cook for 1 minute, wrap in boxty and top with white wine sauce.
