Wielkanocna Babka Easter Bread

1/2 cup Soft butter or margarine
1/2 cup Sugar
5 Egg yolks
1 Pkg. active dry yeast
1/4 cup Water -- very warm (115`F.)
Grated rind of 1 lemon
1 teaspoon Salt
1/2 teaspoon Ground cinnamon
1 cup Milk -- scalded and
Cooled to lukewarm
4 cups Flour (about)
1 cup Golden raisins
1/4 cup Sliced blanched almonds
Recipe
Cream butter and sugar in a large bowl. Beat 4 egg yolks until thick and lemon-colored.
Stir into creamed mixture. Soften yeast in warm water. Add to the mixture, along with the lemon rind
