Bacon Wrapped Shrimp Kabobs

2 tblsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. cayenne
1/2 tsp. garlic power
45 large uncooked fresh shrimp (peeled with the tails left on and deveined)
1 lb. bacon cut into thirds.
1/2 tsp. old bay seasoning.
1 to 2 medium size yellow squash cut 1/4 inch rounds
1 to 2 medium size zucchinis cut 1/4 inch rounds
1 to 2 medium size vidalia onion cut into small wedges
Recipe
Heat grill. In a bowl combine lemon juice, cayenne and garlic powder. Add shrimp into mixture on both sides and let marinate. To do bacon. In a large skillet over medium heat, partially cook bacon (bacon needs to be pliable to wrap around shrimp) drain bacon on paper towels. Drain shrimp and discard marinade/ wrap each shrimp with the bacon pieces alternately thread shrimp, yellow squash, zucchini and onion on wooden skewers, place on grill over medium heat, cook 5 to 6 minutes or until shrimp turns pink and bacon is browned and crisp, turn once and repeat the process.
