Boardwalk Crab Cakes

List of Ingredients
2 6oz cans crab meat, drained (NOT chunk style)
1 cup grated cheddar cheese, low fat
� cup egg substitute
2 tsp garlic powder
� cup diced onion
2 tsp dried parsley
� cup bell peppers, chopped
2 tsp olive oil
2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
2 tsp hot sauce
Salt & pepper to taste
Recipe
Preheat oven to 375 degrees
Mix all ingredients. Use foil cups sprayed with Pam in a muffin tin and fill each section about � full. Bake 20 to 30 minutes or until done all the way through. Makes 12 cakes.
