    - 1 28oz can Whole Italian Style plum tomatoes coarsley chopped.

    - 2 large shallots chopped.

    - 3 tbls. olive oil

    - 2 tbls. butter

    - 1 lb. of Jumbo Shrimp butterflied, deveined, leave shells on.

    Recipe



    On a large skillet that has a cover, heat the butter & oil till the butter stops bubbling. Then add the shallots and saute for about 3 mins. then add the tomatoes and continue to simmer the sauce for 8 minutes. Now add the shrimp tails up. Cover and simmer for about 5 mins till the shrimp turn pink. The pasta to use with this goes great with medium size shells.
