Captain Ron Viola Seafood Pie

2 1/2 lb. imitation crab meat (shredded)
1 1/4 c. mayonnaise
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1 3/4 c. fresh broad crumbs
1/4 c. softened butter
1/2 tsp. salt
1/6 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. dried dill
1/2 c. light cream (if needed to thin product)
Recipe
In a small bowl, blend all, mix well, place mixture in small tort tins. Top with a mixture of 1 cup seasoned bread crumbs and 2/3 cup of softened butter, drizzle with more melted butter, bake 350° for 15 to 20 minutes until bread crumbs are golden brown and seafood mixture to hot.
