    List of Ingredients




    1/4 cup butter or margarine
    1 large onion, chopped
    1 large green pepper, chopped
    1 or 2 cloves garlic, minced
    1/2 teaspoon sugar
    1 teaspoon salt
    dash pepper
    1/8 teaspoon dried rosemary (a must)
    1/8 teaspoon paprika
    4 cups cooked or canned tomatoes in pieces
    1-1/2 pounds cooked shrimp
    Hot cooked rice

    Melt butter in saucepan. Add onion, green pepper, and garlic; saute 8 minutes or until onion is translucent. Add salt, sugar, pepper, rosemary, paprika, and tomatoes. Bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer uncovered 5 minutes. Add shrimp, heat thoroughly and serve on hot fluffy rice.
