Tender shrimp saut�ed in butter with fresh garlic, broccoli florets, diced tomatoes and portabella mushrooms. Topped with a lobster tail, flamed with champagne and tossed with linguine in a light cream sauce.
List of Ingredients
5 oz. linguine
5 oz. lobster tail
3 oz. tomatoes
4 oz. portabella mushrooms
1 oz. fresh garlic
4 oz. broccoli florets
2 oz. olive oil
2 oz. butter
3 oz. Chablis cooking wine
4 oz. shrimp
1 cup alfredo sauce
First, Bake the lobster at 350 degrees for 15 minutes. While baking the lobster, saut� the shrimp in a skillet with butter, olive oil and add cooking wine. Once cooked, add broccoli, diced tomatoes, linguine and cream sauce and topped with portabella mushrooms. Garnish with fresh basil and served with garlic bread.
