    Flounder Stuffed with Crab Meat

    4 large flounder fillets
    1/2 pound crab meat (check for shells)
    1 egg
    1 cup fresh bread crumbs
    2 tablespoons mayonnaise
    1 tablespoon Tabasco sauce
    2 tablespoons parsley


    Dry 4 large flounder fillets. Combine crab meat with egg, bread crumbs, mayonnaise, T Tabasco, parsley; divide into 4 portions. Place 1 portion on large fillet; roll fillet around it; secure with butchers twine. Brush with butter and bake at 400 degrees for 10 to 15 minutes until fillets will flake.
