Healthy Fiesta Shrimp

1 1/3 T. olive oil
1 onion, diced
5 cloves garlic, minced
1 lb. medium shrimp, peeled
4 medium roma tomatoes, diced
2 limes, juiced
1 T. cilantro, chopped
1/2 avocado, peeled and diced
salt and pepper to taste
Recipe
Heat skilled with olive oil. Add onions and garlic. When onions are translucent add shrimp and stir for 3-4 minutes. Then add lime juice and tomatoes. Cook until shrimp is cooked thoroughly. Stir in cilantro and avocado. Season with salt and pepper to taste and serve hot.
