Honey-Mustard Salmon

2 tablespoon - Dijon mustard
1 tablespoon - honey
1/4 teaspoon - salt
1/4 teaspoon - ground pepper
4 - pieces salmon fillets with skin (about 6 ounces each)
Preheat broiler. In a small bowl, with fork, mix mustard, honey, salt and pepper.
Place salmon, skin side down, on rack in broiling pan. Spoon the mustard glaze over the fillets. Place pan in broiler 5 to 7 inches from source of heat, and broil salmon for 8 minutes or until fish flakes easily when tested with a fork (do not turn the salmon over).
Garnish with lemon slices and parsley, if desired.
