List of Ingredients
2 tbsp. cognac
3/4 cup olive oil
3/4 cup parsley
1/2 chopped green pepper
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 2-3 oz. Progresso tomatoes
2 tsp. basil
salt & pepper
1 tsp. dry mint
2 doz. littleneck clams
1 lb. shrimp
1/2 lb. scallops
Rigatoni
3 tbsp. butter
Heat oil in a pan, add parsley, pepper & garlic, add tomatoes, add basil, pepper, salt mint, & simmer for 5 minutes. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Add clams, shrimp, scallops, for 10 minutes cook rigatoni. Add to seafood mixture. Add butter & cognac, cover and heat.
