    Yields 2 portions


    Ingredients:
    2 oz. snow, merus crabmeat
    6 oz. O.G., 21/25 shrimp
    6 oz. boneless skin on chicken breasts
    olive oil
    white wine
    granulated garlic to taste
    salt to taste
    pepper to taste
    ½ c.Salsa Fresca (see recipe below)
    ¼ c. cubed Hass avocado
    4 oz. monterey jack cheese
    4 oz. sour cream
    2 slices lemon
    4 each flour regular lard tortillas

    Recipe



    Sauté chicken breast, shrimp, and crab with some olive oil and white wine. Add granulated garlic, salt and black pepper to taste. When cooked, add in avocado and Mijares Salsa Fresca. Melt cheese on top of seafood. Serve with beans, rice, and flour tortillas. Garnish with a lemon wedge and sour cream.

    Salsa Fresca:
    1 tbsp. chopped onion
    ½ c. chopped tomatoes
    1 tbsp. chopped fresh cilantro
    1 tbsp. chopped green onion
    1 tbsp. chopped jalapeno pepper
    1 tsp. minced garlic
    1 tsp. dried oregano
    1 tsp. ground cumin
    1 tbsp. white vinegar
    salt to taste


    Blend all ingredients together.
