Swordfish With Hot And Spicy Spinach

1 Bunch spinach, fresh, clean
stems & center vein removed
1 Small bunch fresh cilantro, stems removed
1 egg white
3 Cloves garlic
1 Tablespoon fresh ginger, grated
2 Teaspoons soy sauce
2 Teaspoons dark sesame oil
1 Teaspoon hot pepper flakes
24 Ounces Swordfish, 4 filets -- 6oz each
Fit food processor with metal blade and whir all ingredients together. Place the above mixture on fresh fish filets and bake in 325 F. oven until fish flakes easily, about 15-29 minutes. Recipe
