2 lb. Frozen scallops
1 (7 oz.) pkg. Frozen peapods
¼ cup cooking oil
2 firm tomatoes, cut in eighths
¼ cup water
t Tbsp. Cornstarch
½ tsp. salt
¼ tsp. pepper or ginger
¼ cup soy sauce

Recipe
Thaw scallops and peapods. Rinse scallops in cold water to remove any shall particles. Cut large scallops into bite-size pieces. Drain peapods. Combine water, soy sauce, cornstarch, salt, pepper (ginger) to make "Glop". Place oil in a 12 inch frypan and heat. Add scallops and cook over low heat 3-4 minutes. Add tomatoes and peapods. Continue cooking 3-4 minutes longer. Add "Glop", stir and cook until thick, stirring constantly. Don’t singe it. Serve over rice with soy sauce and rice noodles. Serves 6.
