    2 tablespoons soft butter
    ¼ cup sugar
    1 egg yolk
    1½ tablespoons rum
    ½ cup almonds -- ground

    Work butter to a cream. Add sugar slowly and beat until fluffy. Add the egg yolk and beat well. Blend in the rum and fold in the ground almonds.

    Will make about ½ cup.
