2 cups packed brown sugar
1 cup granulated sugar
1/4 cup water
1/2 tsp vanilla
5 marshmallows
2 egg whites, beaten until stiff


Recipe



Cook sugar and water over low heat until it spins a thread. Stir in vanilla and marshmallows. Beat until mm are dissolved. Pour gradually onto the stiffly beaten whites, beating constantly until thick and creamy.
