    2 Cups sugar
    2 Cups water

    In heavy sauce pan place the sugar and add the water. Do not stir or disturb the sugar and the water. Place onto med. high heat and let cook. After awhile the water will boil away and the sugar will melt. When the melted sugar starts to got a brownish color, take off the heat and drizzle onto parchment paper and allow to cool.
