Chocolate Buttercream Frosting

¾ C Cocoa
2-2/3 C Confectioner's sugar
6 T Butter, at room temperature
5 T Milk
1 t Vanilla
Recipe
Combine cocoa and sugar in a bowl.
With an electric mixer, cream the butter with ½ cup of the cocoa/sugar mixture in small mixer bowl. Add the remaining cocoa/sugar mixture alternately with milk, beating to spreading consistency. Blend in vanilla. Makes 2 cups.
