1 1/2 c Confectioners' sugar
2 tb Milk
1 tb Shortening
1/2 ts Vanilla
1/8 ts Mint or peppermint extract**
2 Or 3 drops green food color*

*The food color is optional. **Use PURE extract. Combine all ingredients in the order listed in a small mixing bowl. Beat until spreading consistency. Additional sugar may be needed, if frosting is too thin.
