Peanut Butter Fluffy Icing

1 1/2 C. milk
7 T. flour
1 1/2 C. butter
1 1/2 C. super-fine sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
2/3 C. creamy peanut butter
Recipe
Cook milk and flour in saucepan over medium heat until thick, stirring constantly. Remove from heat, cover with plastic wrap and cool.
Beat butter, sugar and vanilla until fluffy. Pour in cooked mixture. Whip until well blended. Add peanut butter and mix well.
Refrigerate until of spreading consistency. Frost cake between layers, then entire cake.
