    Peanut Butter Icing (Blender)

    Place in blender container;
    1/4 C. hot milk
    1/4 C. peanut butter
    2 T. soft butter
    1/2 C. brown sugar
    Blend smooth and gradually add; about 1 1/2 C. powdered sugar
    Work frosting with a spatula at the last if it gets too thick to please the blender motor.
    Covers two 8" layers. This also makes a good ice-cream sauce.
