    Spaghetti
    Olive oil (about 4-6 tablespoons)
    Lots of garlic (at least 3 cloves)
    ½ teaspoon chili peppers (optional)
    ½ teaspoon seasoned salt
    4 tablespoons parsley
    (or any other greens, like spring onions)
    Parmigiano Reggiano (about 2 handfuls)

    Recipe



    Cook spaghetti until barely al dente (about 7 minutes.)
    In large pan heat the olive oil and seasoned salt and sauté until garlic is barely golden.
    Stir in parsley and remove from heat.
    Cook spaghetti until barely al dente.
    Drain and add to pan with oil and garlic.
    Add parmesan cheese and toss quickly.
    Transfer to serving dish and serve immediately.
    Sprinkle with parmesan to garnish.

    Serves 4 - 6
