    List of Ingredients




    Filling:
    1 1/2 cups of ricotta
    2 hard cooked eggs
    3 beaten eggs
    1/2 lb hot sausage, cooked
    1/2 lb sweet sausage, cooked
    1/4 lb salami
    1/4 lb prosciutto
    1 lb mozzarella
    1/4 cup grated cheese
    1 tsp each, salt & pepper.

    Mix everything in a bowl.

    Pie Dough

    1 1/2 cups sifted flour
    1/2 tsp black pepper
    1/2 tsp salt
    3 TBS lard
    1 egg
    2 TBS cold water

    Recipe



    Mix flour, pepper, salt and lard until the size of small peas. Add beaten egg and cold water. Gather into a ball and roll dough out into two 9" crusts. Place filling in bottom crust, layering meat and cheese. Prick dough on top crust about 10 times. Bake at 350 for about 1 hour.
