Beef Stuffed with Peppers and Cheese

List of Ingredients
1-1/2 pound rump steak
3 ounces Fontana cheese sliced
1 red bell pepper cut into slices
1 yellow pepper cut into slices
6 ounces of green beans blanched fir two minutes
1 tablespoon unsalted butter
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 cloves garlic chopped.
Salt and pepper to taste
½ cup dry white wine
Recipe
1. Preheat your oven to 350- degrees
2. Flatten the meat until ½ inch thick.
3. Cover with the cheese, pepper slices and beans in that order.
4. Roll the meat and secure with kitchen string.
5. Place the butter and oil in a roasting pan and bake until the butter is melted.
6. Add the meat to the pan and season with salt and pepper.
7. Cook for about 1-1/2 hour, until tender.
8. Baste with the white wine to keep the meat moist.
9. Slice and serve at once.
