Bolognese Sauce

List of Ingredients
½ Stick of butter
4 Tablespoons of Olive oil
1 Large onion minced fine
2 Carrots, minced fine
2 Celery stalks minced fine
¼ Pound of pancetta (Italian bacon) minced fine
2 Pounds of ground veal
2 Cups of dry white wine
2 Cans of tomatoes
2 Cups of chicken broth
4 Tablespoons of milk
Salt and pepper to taste
Recipe
1. Melt butter and oil in sauce pan
2. Add onion, carrots and celery, sauté for three minutes
3. Add pancetta, cook for two minutes
4. Add Ground veal, cook for 5 minutes
5. Add wine and cook till almost completely evaporated
6. Add chicken broth, tomatoes, and milk cook until the sauce has a slightly thick consistency. (about 45 minutes)
