    List of Ingredients




    Vegetable Mixture:
    1 lb. Roma Tomatoes, dice small
    1 cup Celery, fine chop
    1/4 cup Basil leaves
    3 tbsp. Dijon Mustard
    3 tbsp. Olive Oil
    3 tbsp. Balsamic Vinegar
    1 tbsp. Garlic minced
    1/2 tsp. Salt
    1/8 tsp. Pepper
    1 loaf Crusty Bread, slice 1/2” and cut diagonal

    Bread:
    1/2 cup Olive Oil
    1 tbsp. Garlic minced
    1 cup Parmesean Cheese

    Recipe



    Combine all ingredients for vegetable mixture. Brush bread with olive oil and garlic. Add the vege mix to top od bread pieces. Top with Parm cheese. Pre-heat broiler. Place bread pieces on a baking sheet and place under broiler until the cheese melts and mixture is heated through. Serve.
