    Garlic Herb Chicken With Fettucine

    8 oz dry fettuccine pasta
    1 tbsp vegetable oil
    1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut in strips
    1 red and/or yellow bell pepper, cut in thin strips
    1/2 cup garlic herb

    Recipe



    Cook pasta according to package directions. Set aside.
    Heat oil in large skillet over medium-high heat. Add chicken; sauté for 5 minutes.
    Stir in bell pepper; cook and stir for 3 minutes longer or until chicken is done. Mix in garlic herb and cooked pasta.
    Cook and stir until heated through. If desired, sprinkle with grated Parmesan.
    Refrigerated cheese-filled pasta can be substituted for dry pasta.
    Makes 4 servings
    Preparation time: 10 minutes
