Garlic rubbed bruschatta are quick and easy to make and are perfect for pasta dishes, soups, or alongside your salad course. Also consider using them as part of an appetizer tray with roasted peppers olive or bean spreads, or your favorite dip. This recipe serves: 4

8 ea Baguette Slices, About 1/2 Bread Loaf
2 Tbsp Olive Oil
1/2 Tbsp Kosher Salt
1 ea Garlic Clove, Large Piece, Peeled
Recipe
1. Preheat the oven to 350° degrees f (175° c). Cut the bread into 1/2-inch thick slices at about a 45 degres angle.
2. Brush slices with oil and season with salt on both sides. Evenly space on a baking tray and bake to desired crispness, about 10-15 minutes.
3. When the cooked bread is cool enough to handle, rub the garlic over the surface of the toasted slice.
