    Italian Waffle Cookies

    12 eggs
    3 cups of sugar
    1 1/2 cup of oil
    2 bottles of lemon extract
    2 bottles of orange extract
    5 to 7 cups of flour

    Mix good. Use waffle iron. Drop by teaspoonful in little cookies. Let brown and let them all cool. Then when ready to serve shake powdered sugar on them.
