List of Ingredients
4 to 6 ounce fresh baby field greens
2 jars drained and cut in halves, marinated artichoke hearts
1 pint cherry tomatoes
1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
1 teaspoon chopped garlic
salt and black pepper
1/4 cup Looza Pear Nectar
1/8 cup balsamic vinegar
1/4 cup walnuts
Place the greens in a large serving bowl and top with the artichokes, tomatoes, walnuts, salt and pepper. In a mixing bowl place the dressing ingredients and mix until the dressing is well emulsified. Drizzle over the salad, mix well and serve. Top with walnuts.
