Italian Chicken & Peppers

1 tbsp. vegetable oil
1 ½ lb. boneless chicken breast and/or thighs, cut into 1" cubes
2 medium green peppers, cut into strips
2 medium onions, chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced OR 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1 jar (28 oz.) Traditional Pasta Sauce
6 cups hot cooked Spaghetti
Heat oil in saucepot. Add chicken and cook until browned and done, stirring often.
Add peppers, onions and garlic and cook until tender. Add pasta sauce and heat through. Serve over spaghetti. Serves 6.
