1 loaf frozen white bread dough, thawed
¼ teaspoon ground thyme
¼ teaspoon dried oregano leaves
¼ teaspoon ground marjoram
1 teaspoon dried parsley
1 teaspoon dried chives
Vegetable cooking spray
Egg Wash:
1 egg white, beaten
1 tablespoon skim milk
Recipe
Let dough thaw and rise until almost doubled in size. Roll out to a 15" x 7" rectangle. Sprinkle with herbs. Roll up, starting with 15-inch side. Place on sprayed jelly-roll pan. Brush with egg wash; sprinkle with crushed parsley and oregano on top. With sharp knife, make 4 to 5 cuts across top. Let rise and bake. For a crustier loaf, turn oven off and leave bread in oven for 10 minutes.
