    1 Fresh Lemon
    Sea Salt & Pepper to Taste
    Extra Virgin Olive Oil
    Fennel
    Rosemary

    Cook potatoes in salted boiling water for about 20 minutes. You do not want them over or undercooked, and it largely depends on the size of your potatoes, so occasionally put your fork into one of them to be sure it does not go in too easily or too difficult.

    When they are done cooking, you want to drain (pasta drainer/collander work well) and then immediately season with salt, pepper, your rosemary, fennel, lemon and olive oil. Mix together and put aside for your meal. Works well for picnics as a cold dish or a warm one with fish dinners.
