    2 teaspoons olive oil
    1 1/2 pounds Italian pork or Italian turkey sausage, cut into 3/4-inch pieces
    1 cup Lawry's Lemon Basil Stir Fry Seasonings, divided
    2 cups sliced zucchini and yellow crookneck squash
    1 cup chopped Roma tomatoes OR
    1 can (14-1/2 oz.) diced tomatoes, drained
    7 ounces penne pasta (OR your favorite) prepared according to package directions and drained
    2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese

    Recipe



    In large nonstick skillet, heat oil over medium-high heat. Add sausage and cook 5 to 8 minutes; stir in 1/3 cup Lemon Basil Stir Fry Seasonings. Add vegetables and continue cooking until slightly tender, about 5 minutes. Stir in remaining 2/3 cup Seasonings and pasta; cook 2 minutes longer. To serve, sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.

    Makes 4 servings.

    Meal Suggestion: Serve with crusty bread sticks and a green salad

    Variation: Italian turkey sausage may be substituted for pork sausage. Try Lawry's® Herb and Roasted Garlic Stir Fry Seasonings for a delicious flavor variation.
