Orzo with Parsley and Lemon Zest

½ lb. (1 ¼ cups) orzo pasta
1 Tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
½ tsp. coarse (kosher) salt
¼ tsp. freshly ground pepper
Grated zest from 2 lemons
¼ cup chopped flat-leaf parsley
Recipe
Bring 2 qt. salted water to boil; add orzo. Cook 7 to 8 minutes until al dente. Drain well; transfer to a serving bowl. Add oil and remaining ingredients; toss to combine flavors.
