    1/3 lb. uncooked thin spaghetti or linguini
    6 tablespoons unsalted butter or margerine
    1 tablespoon Chef Paul Prudhomme's Seafood Magic Seasoning
    1/4 cup finely chopped scallions
    2 cups heavy cream or half and half
    1 lb. crabmeat

    Recipe



    Cook spaghetti according to package directions, just to al dente stage. Immediately drain pasta and rinse with hot water to remove starch, then with cold water to stop cooking process. Drain again and set aside.

    In a large skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add the Seafood Magic Seasoning and scallions and saute for 1 to 2 minutes, stirring occasionally. Gradually add the cream while stirring constantly until mixture comes to a boil. Simmer 2-3 minutes until the sauce thickens somewhat. Add the crabmeat (or substitute crawfish or shrimp) and bring to boil. Add spaghetti and toss well. Cook until heated through. Serve immediately
