    7 oz. Pork tenderloin
    1 oz. Spinach
    Pinch Nutmeg
    2 oz. Proscuitto ham
    2 oz. Ricotta cheese
    2 oz. Pecan pieces

    Recipe



    Pork tenderloin pounded out. Layer with proscuitto, spinach, nutmeg, and ricotta cheese. Roll and sear on all sides to brown. Roll in crushed pecan pieces. Bake in oven at 350 for 12-15 minutes
