Rigatoni Con Formaggi E Porcini

1 pound rigatoni
1 pint heavy cream
8 ounces gorgonzola cut into chunks
1/2 cup grated Romano cheese
4 ounces cubed prosciutto
1/2 cup, chopped fine parsley
salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
10 ounces grilled mushrooms
Cook pasta according to directions on package. Heat cream in a medium saucepan on low until boiling. Gradually stir in Gorgonzola and Romano cheese and cook until creamy. Add Prosciutto, mushrooms and parsley and mix well. Add salt and pepper. When sauce is done, combine with pasta and mix well. Serve immediately. Serves 4 to 6.
