    Sausage Mushroom Bruchetta

    1 loaf French bread cut in 1/2 lengthwise
    1/2 pound pork sausage
    1/2 pound sliced mushrooms
    2 cloves garlic crushed
    1 can condensed cream of mushroom soup
    1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
    1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
    1 tablespoon shredded Parmesan cheese
    1/2 cup chopped red pepper
    2 chopped green onions

    Recipe



    Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Heat bread on baking sheet until lightly toasted (about 5 minutes).

    In a large skillet, brown and crumble sausage. Add garlic and mushrooms. Cook until mushrooms are soft. Drain grease. Mix in remaining ingredients and spoon over bread to edge.

    Bake 5 minutes or until hot and bubbly. Cut each half into 4 pieces.

    Serve as is or add a bowl of soup to make a complete meal.
