    11 oz. Ricotta
    1 Large Egg
    ½ cup Grated Parmesan Cheese
    1 tbsp. Olive Oil
    1 pinch Nutmeg
    1 pinch Lemon Zest Finely Chop
    ½ tbsp. Chopped Parsley
    ½ tbsp. Chopped Basil

    Recipe



    Place all the ingredients in a bowl and mix everything with a spatula until it becomes very smooth and soft.

    Pour the ricotta mix in a non-stick 5 ½ inches round oven pan.

    Cook in the oven at 425 degrees for about 20-25 minutes.

    Cut in slices and serve with a spoon of tomato sauce on the plate, sprinkle on top with grated parmesan cheese.

    Serves 4.
