    Shrimp Capri
    1/3 cup olive oil
    3 garlic cloves
    2 hot peppers, split and seeded
    1 lb. large shrimp, shell and deveined
    1 tablespoon capers, rinsed
    12 bk cured olives - pitted
    12 cherry tomatoes halved
    1/2 cup white wine
    1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
    parsley
    salt
    pepper
    3 tablespoons sweet butter

    Heat oil in large skillet. Add garlic and hot peppers and saut� over moderate heat. When brown, discard peppers and garlic. Add the shrimp to hot oil and saut� one minute. Add the capers, olives and tomatoes. Cook one minute. Add the wine, lemon juice, parsley, salt and pepper. Boil for one minute. Add the butter one tablespoon at a time, stirring gently until blended.
