    1 pound spaghettini
    1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil
    4 cups with juice, chopped whole peeled tomatoes
    5 leaves chopped fresh basil Leaves
    2 tablespoons oregano
    2 tablespoons marjoram
    1 teaspoon fresh thyme leaves
    8 ounces diced mozzarella cheese
    salt and freshly ground black pepper

    Put olive oil into a large skillet over medium heat. Once oil is hot, add tomatoes. Add basil, thyme, marjoram, salt and pepper. Cook for 20 to 30 minutes. Prepare pasta according to directions on package while sauce is cooking. Once sauce is cooked, add cooked pasta to sauce and mozzarella cheese. Serve immediately. Serves 4 to 6.
