Spinach and Ricotta Manicotti

1 pkg. (10-ounce) frozen chopped spinach, thawed and squeezed dry
15 oz. ricotta cheese
1 egg
1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
1 tsp. garlic salt
1 can diced tomatoes with roasted garlic
1 can tomato paste
1 tsp. basil leaves, crushed
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
Manicotti shells
Recipe
Combine spinach, ricotta cheese, egg, Parmesan cheese and garlic salt. Spoon into cooked manicotti shells; place in 12x8 inch baking dish.
Combine undrained tomatoes, tomato paste, basil and 1 cup water. Pour over manicotti. Sprinkle with mozzarella cheese.
Bake uncovered in preheated 350° oven, 30 minutes or until heated through.
