2 Pounds of calamari
2 cloves of garlic, sliced
2 Tablespoons of olive oil
2 Cups of diced fresh tomatoes
2 28 oz cans of crushed tomatoesRecipe
1. Combine garlic, olive oil, tentacles from calamari and tomatoes in a saucepan and simmer 1/2 hour.
2. Mix all the filling ingredients together in a bowl.
3. Using a spoon or a sausage funnel, fill the calamari about 2/3 full.
4. Add the stuffed calamari to the sauce, cover and let simmer for 25 minutes.
