    preheat oven to 350 degrees
    large deep dish pan

    2 LB fresh ground beef
    1 med. onion
    2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. pepper
    1 tsp. garlic powder
    1 tbs. Italian seasoning
    1 tbs. extra virgin olive oil
    2 lb. tub of ricotta cheese softened
    1 48oz. jar of Ragu or Prego prepared sauce with mushrooms and green peppers
    (or your favorite recipe)
    1 lb. provolone cheese
    1 lb. mozzarella cheese
    1 LB. cheddar cheese
    1 LB. box of lasagna noodles

    Sauté onions, salt, pepper, garlic powder, Italian seasoning in olive oil. Add ground beef and brown together. Drain meat and add sauce. Bring to boil then simmer while pasta noodles are cooking as package requires. lightly tossed all cheeses together mixing well rinse pasta in cold water. Starting with sauce, layer pasta, sauce, pasta ricotta cheese, pasta, sauce, sprinkle light layer of cheeses. Alternate the rest of the pasta and sauce leaving the last layer being of sauce. Add remaining cheese on top of sauce covering entirely. Cover pan with aluminum foil and put in center of oven. Bake for 40 minutes the remover foil. Continue to bake approx. 10 minutes or until cheese is brown and bubbling. Remove from oven and let stand 10 minutes before serving.
