    List of Ingredients

    1/2 pound mild Italian sausage
    Cooking spray
    2 cloves garlic, minced
    1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper
    2 tablespoons butter
    3 tablespoons all-purpose flour
    2 cups skim milk

    1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
    1/2 teaspoon dried parsley

Remove sausage from casings. Place a large skillet coated with cooking spray over medium heat; cook sausage with garlic and red pepper flakes, until browned, stirring to crumble. Drain well; set aside. Wipe drippings from pan with a paper towel.
