    3 Tbsp. unsalted butter
    2 Tbsp. flour
    salt to taste
    white pepper to taste
    2 1/2 cups milk
    Parmesan cheese to taste, freshly grated
    cooked shrimp, shelled and deveined
    fresh parsley, chopped

    Melt butter in a saucepan over med. heat. Whisk in flour until smooth. Slowly add the milk whisking continuously until smooth. Bring to a boil and boil for about 1 minute or until the sauce is as thick as you like. Add the salt, pepper and cheese. Stir. Add the cooked shrimp. Serve over pasta. Sprinkle chopped parsley over the garnish and top with extra grated cheese.

    You can also add any other seafood that you like to this sauce or leave it out. I have also added chicken that was sauteed in garlic and olive oil.
