    Apricot - Zucchini Jam

    6 cups of peeled, ground zucchini
    1 cup of crushed pineapple, drained
    1/2 cup of lemon juice
    1 package of pectin
    3 cups of sugar
    One 3 ounce package of apricot Jell-O

    Combine all ingredients except Jell-O. Bring to full boil and cook for 10 minutes. Stir and remove from heat.
    Add apricot Jell-O. Stir thoroughly. Pour in sterile jars and seal.
